Studio 6 Hotel Reservation Policies
Occupancy
All guests registering must be 18 years of age or older (19-21 years of age required at some locations) and must present identification upon check-in.
Check-in time: anytime based on availability (time may vary by location and on special event dates and/or weekends). Check-out time: 12 Noon (time may vary by location).
Children 17 and younger stay free when occupying the same room with an adult family member.
Occupancy may be restricted by local ordinance. Generally, a room with one bed may be occupied by one or two persons. A room with two beds may be occupied by no more than four persons. If your party consists of five or more, an additional room or rooms must be rented to accommodate the additional people. An infant may be added to the total number of persons permitted in rooms, provided that the Manager has a portable crib available, which is adequate for the weight of the infant.
Accessible rooms may be booked on this website. If you need a roll-in shower, be sure to book an accessible room with roll-in shower. If you are not able to book the accessible room of your choice on this website, please call the property directly to inquire about additional availability.
Room Payment / Advance Payment/ Deposit
Payment may be made with cash, traveler's check or with credit card (American Express / Optima, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover / Novus, MasterCard or VISA). Third party credit cards will not be accepted for payment.
Room prices quoted in Directory may be higher during special events and holidays.
A deposit is required for cash paying guests. The deposit is $25 for guests paying the nightly rate and $100 for guests paying the weekly rate. (Deposit amounts may vary by location.) Your deposit is fully refundable at check out less adjustments for loss, damage, missing items, unpaid charges and a cleaning fee, if applicable.
Guests checking out during the first weekly term will be charged the lesser of : (1) the weekly rate or (2) the Studio 6 daily rate times the actual number of nights.
Pets
Other than Service Animals, one well behaved pet per room is permitted unless they are prohibited by state law or ordinance. Pets must be declared during guest registration. In consideration of all Studio 6 guests, pets must be attended at all times.
Pet fee is $10.00 per day to a maximum of $50.00 per stay.

After Hours Check-In
If you check-in after normal business hours through our lock box system, your key card will expire at 12:00 noon the following morning. Please come by the front desk the next morning to complete the registration process and have your key card properly activated. All major credit cards are accepted.
Individual Reservations - Guarantee & Cancel Policies
Reservations can be made for all Studio 6 locations by calling our Reservations Center at 888-897-0202 or online at the web site www.staystudio6.com. Voice reservations also provided in Spanish at 1-877-467-7224.
You may also reserve rooms by phoning, faxing or writing the Studio 6 you plan to visit or simply stop by any Studio 6 and they will call ahead for you.
If guaranteed with your credit card, your reservation will be held all night for your arrival. If you are unable to guarantee your reservation, your room will be held until 6:00PM (at most locations). On occasion, some locations require a credit card guarantee on any reservation.
If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation which you have prepaid or guaranteed with your credit card, you must notify the Studio 6 reserved by 6:00PM (4:00pm at some locations) on the arrival date and receive a cancellation number. (Times and dates to cancel without penalty may vary by location, on Special Events, Holidays and/or Weekends.) Contact the Studio 6 reserved for cancellation policies that may affect your reservation. If you do not cancel your guaranteed reservation, your credit card will be charged for the first night and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled (if more than 1 night).
In the unlikely event that we cannot honor your guaranteed reservation, we will reimburse you for the first night's lodging at a comparable property, transportation to that establishment (if needed) and a telephone call to your home or office to notify others of your new location.
Special Requests
Studio 6 will make every effort to honor special requests (such as first floor, nonsmoking & smoking studios, etc) when you make a reservation. However, the availability of these requests cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Special requests will not be guaranteed by a reservation agent.

Group reservations (ten or more rooms), require an advance payment deposit of the total charges for the first night's lodging. This deposit must be made at least 30 days before the arrival date. Deposit may be made by money order or check.
Notification of cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date.
