How do I check rates and availability for a Studio 6 without making a reservation?

To check rates and availability, you follow the same process you do to make a reservation. You are not obligated to give your credit card and book a reservation, unless you choose to book a reservation during the process.

  1. Select "Find a Studio 6" button from the blue bar on the left.
  2. Select destination by clicking a state and selecting a location from the resulting list.
  3. Click on the "Check Rates & Availability" tab from the Property Page.
  4. Complete the requested information, including arrival/departure date and number of adults.
  5. Click the "Show Available Rooms & Rates" button.
  6. Select the room type and rate you want to inquire about.

If you do not want to book the selected location, simply enter your new search criteria in the "Modify Search Results" area in the blue box on the left. You can also click on "Find a Studio 6" or "Start Over".

How do I cancel my reservation?

Enter your name and confirmation number or your name and credit card number in the appropriate field on the Reservation Retrieval page. You can access the page by clicking here.

How do I modify my reservation?

At present, you cannot modify a reservation online. Please contact our National Reservation Center for assistance at 888-897-0202.

I made a reservation, however I didn't receive a confirmation by e-mail. Why not?

Confirmation of your reservation is sent to the e-mail address that you have entered when filling out the reservation form. If your e-mail address is entered incorrectly or is no longer valid, our system cannot send you a written confirmation. This does not change the status of your reservation, however, it will prevent you from receiving a written confirmation to your e-mail address.

Is this a secure web site?

How long does it take for the Studio 6 location to receive my reservation?

The Motel should receive your reservation just a few minutes after the completion of your booking.

If I do not want to use my credit card online what are my options?

We are unable to process your reservation through the Internet without a valid and accepted credit card and expiration date. To make a reservation without using your credit card, please call our National Reservations Center at (888) 897-0202. For International Guests, phone (614) 601-4060 or fax (614) 601-4095.

I think I booked a reservation, however I can't locate it. How can I find it?

To see if you have a reservation booked in our system, please click here. If you still cannot locate your reservation or wish to speak with someone regarding your reservation, please contact Internet Support by clicking here.

I cannot remember what property I booked, how can I find out?

Where can I find descriptions of rooms, the room rate and the property's availability?

  3. Click on the "Check Rates & Availability" tab from the Property Page.
  4. Complete the requested information, including arrival/departure date and number of adults.
  5. Click the "Show Available Rooms & Rates" button.

The available room types appear to the left followed by the Standard Rate for the room. When you find a room and rate, click on the "Select" button.

How do I select a room for my reservation?

  1. Select "Find a Studio 6" button from the blue bar on the left.
  2. Select destination by clicking a state and selecting a location from the resulting list.
  3. Click on the "Check Rates & Availability" tab from the Property Page.
  4. Complete the requested information, including arrival/departure date and number of adults.
  5. Click the "Show Available Rooms & Rates" button.
  6. Select the room type and rate you want to reserve.
  7. Select "Proceed with Reservation".
  8. Enter your information in the Required Fields and click "Reserve Room".

Which credit cards can be used to guarantee a reservation?

A credit card number is required to confirm/guarantee your reservation. Studio 6 accepts Carte Blanche, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club International, and Discover. Third party credit cards will not be accepted for payment.

Will there be any penalty or charge if I am unable to use my confirmed reservation?

All Studio 6 on-line reservations are guaranteed for late arrival. To avoid a penalty charge against the credit card you provided in the booking process, you must cancel your on-line reservation prior to 6:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. at some locations) on the arrival date and receive a cancellation number. (Cancel time is based on the local time of the motel reserved. The cancel time and date to cancel without penalty may vary by location on Special Events, Holidays and/or weekends.) For specific information, contact the Studio 6 location you reserved.

Does Studio 6 offer a Senior Discount Program?

Travelers 60 and older can save 10% at all Studio 6 locations. Simply request Senior Discount in the guest comments field when making your reservation. A request for this discount is applied at check-in and you will need to provide valid identification during the check in process to receive the discounted rate.

Why can't I modify my reservation online?

How come I cannot find a reservation online that I booked by calling the property or through the Studio 6 reservation 800 number?

The online reservation web site can only display reservations made online. If you need assistance with a reservation made directly through the property or with our Reservation Center you will need to either contact the property or the Reservation Center for assistance.

Are rates different booking online? Are there any additional fees associated with booking online?

The rates available to you online are the same rates charged through the National Reservation Center and the Studio 6 property. There is no additional charge for booking online. Remember the rates booked online do not include tax and there may be a rate change in effect during your stay. For a list of rates for each date of your stay, click on the "View Rate Rules" button that appears under the rate description on the actual booking screen.

How do I book an accessible room?

Accessible rooms may be booked on this website. If you need a roll-in shower, be sure to book an accessible room with roll-in shower. If you do not see the accessible room type that you are looking for, please contact central reservations at 888-897-0202 to inquire about additional availability.
